Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the unused foil components or accessories in their original protective padding and box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment is in new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
