How do I choose the right foil setup for my skill level?
Selecting the right foil depends on your weight, discipline, and experience. Beginners should generally look for larger wings with more stability, while advanced riders may prefer smaller, high-aspect wings for speed and maneuverability. Our detailed size charts on each product page provide specific recommendations.
What is the expected shipping time for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take between 10-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are AXIS components compatible across different product generations?
One of our core design philosophies is modularity. Most of our masts, fuselages, and wings are cross-compatible within their specific series (e.g., Red Series or Black Series), allowing you to upgrade your kit without replacing every component.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. Due to the high-performance nature of our equipment, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been used in the water unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How should I maintain my foil to ensure longevity?
Always rinse your foil with fresh water after every session, especially in saltwater environments. We recommend disassembling the components and applying Tef-Gel to the bolts every few weeks to prevent galvanic corrosion and ensure easy adjustments.
Do you offer a warranty on AXIS Foils products?
Yes, all AXIS products come with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact with reefs or shallow ground, or normal wear and tear.
